Mary Lou Carrington
Mary Lou Carrington, 79, Turpin, OK, a former Henderson, TX resident, died Thursday, August 27, 2009, at Liberal Good Samaritan Center, Liberal, KS.
She was born October 26, 1929, Meade County, KS the daughter of Richard & Ella Mohler Vanderpool.
She attended Greenough School, rural Forgan, OK and later Amarillo Business School.  She was a resident of Henderson, TX for twenty-five years.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Henderson, TX, and active in the Republican Party.
She is survived by a son, Dick Robinson and wife Micki, Turpin, OK; a brother, J. W. Vanderpool and wife Paulette, Meade, KS; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside and inurnment was at 5:00 P.M. Sunday at the Pioneer Cemetery, Beaver, OK, with Bob Deacon presiding.
