Margaret Catherine Huelskamp
Funeral Services will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Fowler on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 1:30 pm for Margaret Catherine Huelskamp who passed way on June 15, 2009 in Sun City West, Arizona.
Margaret was born on December 6, 1930 to Frank M. and Gladys Houser in Dodge City, Kansas. She grew up in Fowler, Kansas.  On August 8, 1950 she married James Huelskamp in Fowler, Kansas.
Margaret received her Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from Northwest Missouri State University and a Master of Science from University of Iowa. She was a member of Kappa Omicron Phi and Delta Kappa Pi. She taught Home Economics at Danville High School and West Burlington High School. Later she became a realtor in West Burlington where she was a member of the Association of Realtors. She was also a dedicated member of Iowa Birthright. Margaret and James moved to Sun City West, Arizona in 1991 where she was very active in her church including Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Daughters and Sacred Heart Prayer Group.
Margaret is survived by her husband, James; her son, Greg (friend Sallee Borneman) of Phoenix, Arizona; two daughters: Debra (Steve) Gray of Bedford, Iowa and Julie (Garvin) Roth of Farmington, Iowa; two sisters: Mary (Dean) Reese of Fowler, Kansas and Carol Ann Young of Manhattan, Kansas; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Margaret's brother, Larry Houser of Pueblo, Colorado preceded her in death in 2007.
