Evelyn Kirton
Evelyn Kirton, the youngest or the Cooper girls, went to be with J.W. and Winnie Cooper, Madelyn Gregory, Juanita and Keith Beard on December 4th, 2009. Evelyn was born October 4th, 1924 in Meade, Kansas. She attended Meade High School and graduated from Emporia State Teachers College. She is preceded in death by husband George Kirton and son Doug Kaarbo. She is survived by son Ronald Kaarbo, daughter Suzanne and husband Jim Oswalt, step daughter Mary Ann and husband Jim Smith, step son Jerry Kirton, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was a fun and caring person and will be missed by all who knew her. Burial was December 7th at Memorial Park Cemetery, Edmond, Oklahoma.  Services are under the direction of Matthews Funeral Home, Edmond, OK.
