Lukas Alan Brozek
Lukas Alan Brozek, age 3 months, son of Cera Lynn Brozek, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan, KS.
He is survived by: his Mother-Cera Brozek and fiancée Shane Holloman of Manhattan, KS; Grandparents – Tim and Lori Brown of Forgan, OK and Rodney Brozek of Meade, KS; Great-Grandparents – Ben and Eleanor Valdez of Amarillo, TX, Bonnie Brozek of Haviland, KS and Marge Brown of Paola, KS; Great-Great Grandmother – Adela Rodriguez of Guymon, OK. He is also survived by numerous Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Great-Grandfather – Larry Rodriguez
Funeral services were at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 1, 2008 at First Baptist Church, Forgan, OK with Pastor Paul Dickson presiding.  Burial followed at the Forgan Cemetery.
